Custom Software Development

Mission

Ledenika Software is an independent IT outsourcing company born in Vratsa – a city where nature and people inspire calmness, perseverance, and attention to detail. Here we believe that software engineering is more than just code – it is a craft that reflects the environment in which it is created. That’s why our code is clear, clean, and resilient – like the rocks of the Vrachanski Balkan. The company was founded by Gerasim Trifonov - a software engineer and specialist with more than ten years of experience in the tech industry. Over that time, he has seen both the good and the heavy sides of corporate processes in different IT companies. Ledenika Software was created to fix exactly that – to remove unnecessary bureaucracy, shorten the distance between the team and the client, and bring the human element back into custom software development, web systems, and mobile applications. We work with a flatter hierarchy, lighter agile processes, and open, frequent communication. We believe that’s how stronger partnerships are built and better results are achieved – not just in technology and programming, but in the feeling of working together. For more than five years now, we have been proving that high-quality nearshore software engineering can be built outside the big cities. From Vratsa to long-term partners across Europe, we continue to show that professionalism knows no borders when there is purpose and direction. Industries: custom software for Finance and Banking, Automotive, Energy, IT Consulting, and Business Automation.
